You will need to open the files in run as administrator mode rather than it will not work.
When you open the z3x interface select repair option and your mobile phone must connect to your pc. Then copy your mobile imei to the first input box and Mark that. Mobile imei shows from the code *#06# and then click on repair . The process will start and your phone will be rebooted.
